I’m not going to tell you, “I know how you feel,” because I don’t. Neither does anyone else. What I will do is provide a safe environment where you will be given specific tools to help you recover from loss and ultimately lead a happier life.
The Problem
Grief is the normal and natural emotional response to loss, but most of the information we’ve learned about dealing with loss is intellectual. Although the grief support programs I facilitate involve some educational elements, effective Grief Recovery must deal with your broken heart, which requires emotional support instead of intellectual explanations.

People say you must let go and move on in your life, but they don’t tell you how. The Grief Recovery Method programs, developed and refined over the past 40 years, teach you how to recover from loss with supportive guidance at every step. Furthermore, you receive an educational foundation you’ll fall back on personally and in support of others in their grief. As well as learning new tools for addressing any future grief experiences.

Group Sessions take place in a safe, private setting in the Central/South-Central ND region.
In-Person Groups are limited to twelve participants, where everyone shares and works through their grief together in both large and small groups.
Online Grief Support Group
Online Groups take place over Zoom, where you share in large and small groups.
Online groups are limited to 8 participants.
The Grief Recovery Method program is facilitated through my twelve-week program, Do Grief Differently™️.
In contrast, the group programs are nine weeks and do not include the YouMap® program, which provides in-depth information about you, the griever, that you can use moving forward after the pain of grief has been addressed.
One-on-One sessions take place in a neutral, private setting with Victoria.
The Grief Recovery Method program is facilitated through my twelve-week program, Do Grief Differently™️.
In contrast, the group programs are nine weeks and do not include the YouMap® program, which provides in-depth information about you, the griever, that you can use moving forward after the pain of grief has been addressed.
One-on-One Online sessions are held over Zoom, so you never have to leave home.
Adult caregivers/caretakers take the Helping Children with Loss (HCWL) program for the child(ren) in their care.
The HCWL program is held over Zoom, so you never have to leave home. This program may also be facilitated in person.
